Saugatuck Township - Historical Archives

The Saugatuck Township Office has made available a collection of historical tax assessment rolls in a convenient computer format. These records contain real and personnel property information such as the name of owners, lot descriptions, and valuations of all the parcels throughout the Township, including the Villages of Saugatuck and Douglas.

 

Below is a link to the earliest assessment roll dated 1848, when the Saugatuck Township area was actually called Newark Township .
